The standard cost of a fully compliant HIP through The Dures Partnership is £295.00, inclusive of all disbursements and VAT.
This is the cost for a standard three bedroom registered freehold property. A fixed price increase of £35.00 per additional bedroom will be applied.
For the complete HIP service at The Dures Partnership we will not add any additional legal charges. What the client is charged is what MerseyHip charge and that is our promise.
For providing this service, we make no attempt to tie our client into our future services. We believe that clients will be so impressed with the quality of our service that they will want to us to continue acting for them. Also, we believe that you will prefer your client to continue to benefit from our service in acting on their property transaction.
