Firms regulated by the SRA are required to collect, report and publish workforce diversity data annually. TDP Solicitors carry out surveys annually, the data from which are gathered anonymously to produce an aggregated survey report.

Would give zero stars if possible. not responsive, always having to chase them, ignored my emails and phone calls. Receptionists always said they would pass it on and get someone to contact me, nobody did. Went weeks trying to talk to someone and being ignored, emailing different people and not getting responses, being told by the receptionists every time that there was nobody available to talk to as they were at court. Said they had a complaints procedure, but when I tried to complain they sent be an extremely rude email and said they would be dropping my case (which is illegal). Paul was extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. when I asked for paperwork they had on my case (since they wanted to stop acting for me) he ignored my emails and made it extremely difficult to get the information I needed. Not sure if because I'm young they thought they could get away with it or if they are like this with everyone but I am currently seeking advice from the legal Ombudsman in regards to them. Would not recommend. Stay clear of them at all costs!
